Audit is a procedure of assessing a company's compliance with established standards.There are several kinds of audit,such as:

• Fiscal audit;

  Audit may be voluntary or statutory. A voluntary audit is normally ordered by company owners or top management. A statutory audit is conducted pursuant to legislative requirements. Under the current Ukrainian legislation, statutory audits are mandatory for companies that issue securities; operate in the equity market, or companies undergoing privatization processes, and suchlike.
